          Jenifer specializes in international dispute resolution and arbitration, with a strong academic and practical background in cross-border legal matters. She supports the firm’s arbitration and DIFC Court practice, advising on complex contractual disputes and corporate legal agreements.

A First Class Honours LLB graduate from Middlesex University and an LLM graduate in International Dispute Resolution from the University of Birmingham (Distinction), Jenifer brings academic rigour and real-world experience to her work. She has contributed to arbitration cases at CVML alongside Fernando Ortega and was recognized as a top speaker at the Willem C. Vis Moot for her skills in legal drafting and oral advocacy.


In addition to her legal work, Jenifer is an adjunct lecturer at De Montfort University and has a track record of community engagement, having volunteered at refugee camps organized by the Joint Christian Community.


Her commitment to excellence, bilingual proficiency, and focus on alternative dispute resolution make her a valued part of the legal team.

With advanced academic training in global legal systems, Jenifer helps clients navigate the complexities of cross-border disputes. She works on matters involving international arbitration agreements, jurisdictional analysis, and treaty-based obligations.

Corporate & commercial law

Jenifer contributes to the preparation and review of sale of goods agreements, commercial contracts, and legal opinions. Her drafting is grounded in a clear understanding of UAE commercial regulations and international standards.
